NeuroHyperSensitivity™ (NHS) is a genetic, neurological, and physiological reality; not a trend, not a personality label. If you see yourself in this description and are tired of being misunderstood, dismissed, or folded into vague “HSP” categories, this membership is for you.
The NeuroHyperSensitivity™ Membership is a dedicated space for adults with NHS who want to:

As a founding member, you help build the knowledge base and momentum that have been missing for people like us.
Who the membership is for
This membership is designed for adults who:

themselves in the NHS framework: heightened awareness, deeper emotions,
and a nervous system that processes stimuli intensely.
◉ Are exhausted by being told they are “too sensitive,” “dramatic,” or “overreactive.”
◉ Want explanations grounded in genetics, neurobiology, and physiology; not vague self‑help slogans.
◉ Care about the future of research, clinical practice, and public understanding of NeuroHyperSensitivity™.
You do not need a diagnosis to join. You do need a serious interest in understanding and working with your nervous system, and a willingness to engage with this framework thoughtfully.
To keep the space focused on people whose nervous systems genuinely match this framework, membership is open only to those who complete and pass a brief 5‑question NHS qualification questionnaire (below). This helps ensure that discussions, tools, and future research are relevant to members’ lived reality and aligned with the NeuroHyperSensitivity™ model.
What you get as an NHS member
As an NHS member, you will receive:

Deep‑dive sessions on specific NHS topics (work, relationships, health,
sensory overload, burnout), grounded in biology and lived experience.

Structured practices, reflection frameworks, and implementation guides
designed specifically for NeuroHyperSensitive™ nervous systems; not
generic “tips” that ignore physiology.
◉ Ongoing NHS resources
Access to member‑only materials such as worksheets, guides, and curated references that build out the NHS framework over time.
◉ Participation in future research and advocacy
Opportunities (entirely voluntary) to take part in surveys, qualitative
projects, and other preparatory work that can support future grant
applications, collaborations with clinicians and researchers, and
advocacy efforts.

becomes - what topics we prioritize, which questions we investigate, and
how we represent NHS in clinical and public spaces.

is currently under‑recognized and frequently misrepresented. Most
existing conversations collapse it into psychological traits or
marketing language. The result is that people with NHS:

How to join
